Meet our Founder, Ricky Popat

With over a decade of experience in the Construction and Staffing industry, having worked both internally as an Executive Recruiter and externally as a Headhunter. 

I decided to combine my passion for sourcing highly skilled talent and supporting large enterprises in achieving their recruiting objectives to form RSP.

I offer a unique background that enables me to recruit high-level talent. I am super enthusiastic about connecting individuals with opportunities that promote personal and professional growth.
